Due to an increase in litigation and settlements for accidents in Massachusetts, we request that you carefully review your auto policy.  Please pay special attention to your Limits of Liability, parts 3, 5, and 12. The state minimum is $20,000 per person and $40,000 per accident. We feel this is not adequate protection, therefore are recommending the increase of coverage to at least $100,000 per person $300,000 per accident.

There is an increase in premium for this additional coverage.
